China, late Ming dynasty

Standing firmly on a shaped pedestal with his right arm stretched downwards along his body while his left is raised and supporting the base of a stupa, wearing armour, underskirt, tunic, boots and scarf floating around his head, its streamers encircling both arms with their finials curling up, his face displaying a fierceful expression with slit eyes below raised eyebrows, his hair combed in a chignon and secured with an elaborate tiara.
